Save the Date for OSO’s Inaugural Benefit!
Please join On Site Opera as we celebrate the opening of our sixth season with our first annual benefit fundraiser in the exquisite grand ballroom at The Harmonie Club. The evening will feature a seated three course dinner interspersed within a double bill of two operatic monodramas: Hector Berlioz’s The Death of Cleopatra, performed by mezzo-soprano Blythe Gaissert followed by Dominick Argento’s Miss Havisham’s Wedding Night, performed by soprano Leah Partridge. Conducted by OSO’s Music Director, Geoffrey McDonald, and directed by our General & Artistic Director, Eric Einhorn, the site-specific production features the string quintet SYBARITE5 at the center of a chamber orchestra.
