Daniel Rosenberg
Daniel Rosenberg (he/him) is a tenor residing in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Rosenberg has performed several operatic roles including Mercurio in Cavalli’s La Calisto; Prince Gabriel III of Belgium’s Trainer’s Son in David T. Little and Royce Vavrek’s Vinkensport; Monostatos in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte; Peter Ginz in Califra’s Echoes in the Darkness; and Chevalier de la Force in Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites.
Mr. Rosenberg has performed roles in musical theater including Chairman in Rupert Holmes’ The Mystery of Edwin Drood; Jesus in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Jesus Christ Superstar; Leaf in William Finn’s 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Additionally, he has performed the role of Narrator in his original musical: Richard! Mr. Rosenberg has also participated in new works workshops with Sante Fe Opera.
Daniel Rosenberg sings with The Christ Church Choir at Christ Church on Park Avenue and has also sung with the New England Conservatory Chamber Singers and the Oberlin College Choir. Rosenberg has appeared at festivals including Songfest in 2022 at San Francisco Conservatory of Music and American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria.
Mr. Rosenberg attended Oberlin Conservatory from 2016-2017 and New England Conservatory through 2021 where he studied with Karen Holvik. He is now pursuing a Master’s in Vocal Performance at Mannes Conservatory with Bill Burden and coachings with Glenn Morton.
