Eloise DeLuca

Eloise was born and raised in Long Beach where she trained for twelve years at Marrilyn McDowell Studio of Dance (MMSDance).  She then went to Wilson High School and became apart of the Advanced Dance class of the department, where she performed and choreographed for seasonal shows.  She has been a member with Rhetoracle Dance Company under the artistic direction of Nate Hodges for four years.  While achieving her B.A. in the CSULB Dance Department, she has been awarded three scholarships, performed in various faculty shows as well as at the gala for the American College Dance Festival.  She has taken intensive workshops with Bare Dance Co., Keith Johnson and Dancers, Alvin Ailey School, and the Limon Company.  She is deeply grateful and inspired by her mentors Nate Hodges, Bryana Verner, Cynthia Clemmensen, Andy Vaca, Susan McLain, Keith Johnson, Holly Johnston, and John Pennington.  She plans to continue pursuing her dream of dancing and hopes to someday tour professionally.
