Daisy is the Founder & CEO of Workparent, a consulting, coaching, and research firm exclusively focused on working parents and the organizations that employ them. Before starting Workparent, she spent 15 years as a human capital expert and executive coach, helping leaders at all levels of major financial corporations improve their performance, drive success of their teams and organizations, and find happiness at work.
A strong advocate for working parents, Daisy created and continues to write the first-ever column on working parent issues for the Harvard Business Review, where she has been an active author for nearly two decades. Daisy and her husband Luc have been fans of On Site Opera since 2015. In addition to performances, they have attended a few OSO galas and hosted two OSO events in their home. They have two young children, whom they often bring to family-friendly performances.
